Printing labels and cut sheets at true scale
Most printing problems come from the print dialog, not the file. Choose "Actual size" or 100 % scale and turn off "Fit to page" before printing a sheet that has to match real dimensions.
Labelbench includes a print calibration page with a 100 mm reference. Print it first and measure the line with a ruler; if it is not 100 mm, fix the printer scale before printing a full label sheet.
Check the paper size too. An A4 label sheet printed on a printer set to Letter (or the reverse) shifts every label.
